• Owned build, integration, and activation testing of propellant loading systems, including the following: 

  • Component sourcing and panel fabrication

  • Component-level testing

  • System activation and checkouts (click checks, individual component functionality checks and troubleshooting, leak checks, proofing)

  • Test procedure authoring

  • Full system qualification testing to verify system functionality and fill accuracy

  • Manufacturing and testing resulted in doubling Varda's propellant fill capabilities for spacecraft test and launch operations

• Requirements capture and mechanical and fluid system design of an upgraded automated version

  • Ensured adherence to 91-710 range requirements, SpaceX Falcon 9 RPUG, and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code

  • Updated fluid system schematic/P&ID to decrease total time for spacecraft fill operations by 50%
